We sit down and build a bespoke weekend plan tailored to your child’s personality and family’s preferences: menu direction for adult/teen guests, dietary considerations, cultural & religious observances, entertainment, and décor.
We host a private tasting where Chef Andrea walks you through every course of every meal. Your child weighs in on the late-night snack bar, you refine the plated dinner selections, and every dietary requirement is confirmed.
Four to six weeks out, our production team takes ownership of the operational planning across the full weekend. Venue coordination, timeline management, vendor communication, and every other logistical thread now runs through us.
