PREMIER CORPORATE EVENTS

When the Room Matters, So Does the Company Behind It

Product launches. Executive dinners. Year-end galas. Client entertainment that has to land the account. Creative Tastes has been producing South Florida’s most consequential corporate events for over four decades — the ones where a caterer is not just serving food, but representing your brand in front of the people you cannot afford to disappoint.

Over 40 Years Delivering Premium Service to our Corporate Clients.

BEYOND THE MENU

Your Event. Our Full Production.

Most caterers deliver food. We deliver the room. Cuisine, staffing, florals, lighting, rentals, timeline, vendor coordination, on-site management — all under a single Creative Tastes contract, with a single point of contact who answers your calls directly. Or bring in your existing event agency and we work seamlessly alongside them. However you want to run the show, we handle the details so your team can focus on the guests, the deal, or the launch — not the logistics.

DISCRETION FIRST

The Vendor You Can Trust in the Room.

When your event includes board members, top clients, sensitive announcements, or public figures, discretion is not a nice-to-have — it is the entire assignment. Our team is trained to be present but invisible, attentive but silent, and to protect the confidentiality of everything they see and hear. This is why South Florida’s most private corporate events have been trusting Creative Tastes for four decades. What happens in the room stays in the room.

Your Premier Corporate Event Planning Journey

1

Initial Brief

Reach out with the essentials — event type, date, guest count, objectives, and any confidentiality requirements. You will hear back from a dedicated Creative Tastes account lead who becomes your single point of contact from brief to breakdown.

2

Strategy & Scope

Your discovery meeting — either in person at your office or virtually. We work through your objectives, guest profile, venue considerations, cultural and dietary requirements, program flow, brand standards, and budget. We leave with everything we need to build a bespoke Event Plan tailored to your company.

3

Proposal & Tasting

You receive a complete proposal covering cuisine, service, staffing, décor, timeline, and logistics — with transparent line-item pricing and clear ownership of every deliverable. When approved, we invite your team to a private tasting at our Kendall kitchen where Chef Andrea walks you through every course before your menu is finalized.

4

Production & Coordination

Six to eight weeks out our production team takes over the operational planning — vendor coordination, venue walk-through, security and AV liaison, staffing roster, and detailed run-of-show. You receive weekly status reports. Any decision that requires your input comes to you cleanly documented, not buried in email chains.

5

Execution Day

Our team arrives hours before your first guest, sets up flawlessly, and runs your event end to end. Your executives arrive to a room that is already working. Your team focuses on the guests, the program, or the deal. We handle everything else — and we handle it in a way that makes your company look exactly the way you want to be seen.
