Private celebrations have less room for error than public events because the people at the table are the ones you care about most. Creative Tastes can handle every element of your special occasion under a single contract — cuisine, service, staffing, florals, rentals, and coordination — so you can be a guest at your own celebration. Or bring in your own planner and we work seamlessly alongside them. Whichever you prefer, we handle the details so you never have to leave the room.
Reach out with the occasion, date, venue or home, and guest count and you will promptly hear back from a dedicated Creative Tastes event specialist, who becomes your single point of contact.
We meet with you to shape the tone, the menu direction, and the traditions worth honoring. From that conversation we build a proposed menu, service style, and event flow designed around your occasion.
Depending on the scale, you join us for a private tasting at our Kendall kitchen or we send a menu tasting sampler to your home. Every course is confirmed with your input before final production begins.
Two to four weeks out, we take over the operational details — setup, rentals, timeline, vendor communication, and guest count. Every element is locked in and documented before the day of.
Our team arrives early, executes flawlessly, and handles every operational decision as it comes up. You focus on the people you invited. When the last guest leaves, we handle the cleanup too.
