WHY PREFERRED STATUS MATTERS

Every Venue Has a Rhythm. We Know Each One.

Preferred caterer status is not a badge — it is what happens after decades of flawless execution earn a venue’s trust. When we cater at Deering Estate, we are not learning the loading dock rules on the fly. When we set up at Fairchild Garden, we already know how the humidity affects the linen and how far in advance the vault requires your final count. This institutional knowledge is invisible to your guests. It is the entire reason your event runs seamlessly.

BEYOND THE PREFERRED LIST

Every Venue in Miami is on the Table.

Our preferred relationships give us a home-court advantage at a handful of venues, but they do not limit where we work. We produce events at private estates, museums, hotels, yacht clubs, waterfront restaurants, art galleries, and anywhere else in Miami with a permit and a power source. If your venue is not on our preferred list, we treat it as a chance to earn our way onto theirs. Send us the address. We handle everything from there.

Our Preferred Venues

Deering Estate

A historic waterfront estate located in Palmetto Bay, with three ceremony and reception spaces — the Stone House, the Richmond Carriage House Courtyard, and the Waterfront Lawn. It's a premier historic venue offering elegance and tranquility like no other.

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

Miami's most famous 83-acre botanical garden, located in Coral Gables, is one of the most iconic wedding venues in the country. Creative Tastes has produced events across every reception space — from the Whitman Pavilion to the vault to the private garden clearings.

The Kampong

This historic home and garden estate in Coconut Grove is one of five tropical gardens and five preserves of the National Tropical Botanical Garden. With views of Biscayne Bay and only a short distance from downtown Miami, this is perfect for weddings and corporate events.

Spanish Monastery

Features over 20 acres of rare palms, Spanish oaks, cycads, banyans, flowering trees and much more. Various chapels to select for your event offer a budget conscious option. The Cloisters, Loggia or Gardens are ideal for a wedding reception or gala.

Miami Beach Woman's Club

Located 2 blocks from the beach, this historic venue is a multi-purpose event space with the ability to host a wide variety of functions both indoor and outdoor. Built in 1933, this original Mediterranean Revival style clubhouse has been thoughtfully and beautifully restored.

The Moore Miami

Located in the heart of Miami’s Design District, this space was a landmark cultural venue — home to Miami's most design-forward corporate launches, fashion activations, and art-world events. Creative Tastes has produced across every space The Moore offers, from the ground-floor cocktail floor to the upper-level dinner spaces. This venue has four floors totaling more than 20,000 square feet.

SOHO Studios

A 60,000 square foot industrial event space in the heart of Wynwood — home to some of Miami's largest corporate galas, art activations, and destination weddings. Creative Tastes has been producing at SOHO since the venue opened, and we know exactly how to warm up a raw industrial space with cuisine and service that makes it feel like a five-star hospitality environment.

University of Miami

Preferred catering partner for the University of Miami's most prestigious events — donor galas, executive dinners, alumni celebrations, and university-hosted receptions across multiple campus venues. We understand the operational cadence of a working university, the diplomatic considerations of donor and administrative hospitality, and the university's own standards for how food and service represent the institution to its most important audiences.

FIU

Preferred catering partner for FIU's most consequential university events — donor galas, executive dinners, presidential receptions, and college-hosted celebrations at Frost Museum, Kovens Center, and Graham Center, amongst many others across the Modesto Maidique and Biscayne Bay Campuses.

Alfred I. Dupont Building

A 1939 Art Deco landmark in Downtown Miami — one of the most architecturally significant private event venues in South Florida. Creative Tastes has produced many events throughout the ballroom, mezzanine, and lobby spaces. We know the building's strict preservation requirements and how to stage a full production without compromising the venue's protected finishes.

MAPS Backlot

A raw, artsy 15,000 square foot event space located in Wynwood, designed for cinematic productions and large-scale creative events. Creative Tastes has been producing at MAPS Backlot since the venue opened to private events, and we know exactly how to warm up an intentionally chill space with cuisine and service that transforms it into a bespoke hospitality environment.

Thalatta Estate

A five-acre waterfront estate in Palmetto Bay — one of South Florida's most sought-after outdoor wedding venues, with lush garden ceremony spaces and a bayfront reception lawn. We know how the coastal weather affects staging, which corners of the property require backup shade, how the kitchen access accommodates a full-scale reception, and how to time cocktail hour so guests catch the last light over the water.

Bakehouse Art Complex

A historic art complex in Wynwood — a working artist community and gallery space that doubles as one of Miami's most creative venues for corporate launches, gallery openings, and art-world receptions. Creative Tastes has produced across the interior galleries, the sculpture courtyard, and the surrounding creative spaces. We know how to serve cuisine that complements rather than competes with the visual art on the walls and how to stage service in gallery environments with protected floors and lighting.

Miami Beach Botanical Garden

Located in the Art Deco district, the Miami Beach Botanical Garden is close to the action of South Beach. World-class hotels and restaurants are within walking distance of the 2 ½ acre venue. The Great Lawn, Terrace, and Banyan Room are all attractive options for your event, offering a tranquil setting with palms and flowering plants.
